About Tanya
Tanya Cochran is a contemporary artist based in Northern Virginia that integrates ink, acrylics and a variety of other mediums into her works of art. She specializes in and stands out through her uniquely created illuminated art.
For as long as Tanya can remember, she has always loved art and being creative. Growing up, she was voted most artistic in high school and won a number of different art awards and competitions. She then went on to take instructional art courses at Herron School of Art and Design in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Although life, with its twists and turns, has taken her on many unexpected adventures, she always finds herself coming back to feed her creative soul. Tanya possess innate passion and creative vision that has always lived inside her and she's so excited to share it with you through her pieces.
You can view several pieces of her art displayed currently at Bia Kitchen in Purcellville, VA. Tanya offers a wide selection of completed pieces as well as accepts both personal and commercial commissioned work.
